Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of square1dgm.com (the "Site"), operated by Omnistrata, LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 to create an account.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you sign in with Google or GitHub, your use of those services is also governed by their terms.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Purchases

Prices are shown at checkout and payments are processed by Stripe. Digital items are delivered when payment completes. Custom work is scoped and priced per request. Because digital goods can't be returned, sales are final unless an item is not delivered or is materially different from its listing; contact us and we will make it right.

Creator terms

• You keep ownership of the work you upload. Listing it gives Square1 permission to host, display, and sell it on your behalf.
• You confirm you own the work or have the rights to sell it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
• Buyers receive a personal license to use what they purchase unless your listing says otherwise.
• We may remove listings that break these Terms or the law.

Square1 releases

Square1 Studios releases and Demo Records recordings are owned by Omnistrata, LLC. You may enjoy them for personal use; don't redistribute them without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site. That includes attempting to break its security, scraping it at scale, uploading malicious or illegal content, or impersonating others.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Omnistrata, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will post changes here with a new date. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
